Mountain goat need to be fluffy!

After the addition of tahr and how good they look, now the mountain goats look pretty outdated in terms of fluffiness and could use a fluff overhaul.

And they need to have more muscle mass. They are strong as hell.

I also have heard they soak up lead, so I think a Class change to 5 would be good too. Right?

I think bumping them up to 5 alongside tahr would be great.

Move them higher up in the mountains too, it’s always weird ATV’ing in the western part of the map and they bolt across the main road.
