Ok, my question not about some mission not working, not being able to find Mr. Black etc. I did the mission almost a year ago when I was fairly new to the game.
The mission log says it's required to HARVEST Mr. Black, but as far as I can remember I shot it (should've been lung) but he ran away and didn't go down. The mission still counted as complete... Now it's the only trophy animal from a mission I missed so far.
Was there a Bug, I certainly did NOT claim him.
