I think they should make animals jump after being shot it would a cool but small detail
In real life they jump all the time after being shot

But oh the grinders why would we touch them for a fix in realism becuase that’s all that matters they wouldn’t have their little unrealistic animation that looks like a deer taking a dump for 3 seconds so they can mag dump into the deer and kill it

Alongside this, elk should appear relatively unfazed until they eventually fall over.

Moose and elk tend to just stand there irl. Would love to see more realistic reactions in game. Would be cool if we could see the birds we shoot spiral down to the earth too

I've seen a moose take an arrow to the heart and he literally just stood there staring while blood poured out of him. Moose are metal

Sometimes not limited to large game. Once shot a squirrel with a 22lr and it looked at me and barked then after a literal 2 minute wait fell out of the tree. When i looked at it, the bullet went thru the body and took the heart and one of the lungs with it and some of the vertebrae. But still just stood there. I now use a 22mag 🤣

I'd like to see a variety of hit animations, so it isn't the same every time or predictable.
