4 times since Sundarpatan came out.
I haven't even been able to unlock the gear I had before losing my save AGAIN. Money is not the issue, it works just fine as it is so please don't change that.
The PROBLEM is the old Weapon XP system, I know this was intended to make you familiarize yourself with all the available weapons, great. Good idea.
POINTLESS WITH ANY DLC ADDED.
I have every dlc except the dogs, and that means I start with a ton of good weapons and ammo unlocked, but every time the game resets itself I have to spend hours grinding xp to get back scopes and basic ammo types.
I do not want to spend 20 hours shooting roe deer with a pistol so I can get the better ammo for the Moradi I PAID FOR.
The .300 AR unlocked both ammo types when I bought it, but I can't use the bolt action .300 until I get 6k rifle xp.
You don't need to do anything else, just unlock scopes, ammo, and weapons. I don't care about my levels or perks or starting over but I'm sick of playing the game in a way I do not enjoy to get back what I had the last time I played
