Im gonna try to give respect where respect is due here, but it's difficult to do that when I feel we as a community aren't respected.
This new update has seriously affected this game in a negative way in which nobody has benefited, the respawns are completely messed up and the tent change is unreasonable. Before this recent patchnote is was to our attention that the tents radius was to be nerfed to 250m of spook radius. it was not to our attention that the respawns would be changed. before this we thought as a community that the grinding playstyle would be impacted severely, the tents would effectively end the grind for a tahr great one. It seemed as though casual players wouldnt be affected by this update as most of them dont use tents, but then the respawns changed making it so now casual players are affected as well. The respawns also put the grinding aspect of the game into a deeper hole making it impossible to grind ANY animal now. EW has said before that the grinding playstyle is allowed and that they support it, yet this new update has made it where that doesnt seem like the truth anymore.
There will be a lot of feedback from the community about this update. How EW reacts and responds to it will speak a lot how or if they truly care about this community that they've amassed. A lot of people are angry, a lot of people have spoken about their opinions about this update. EW has to know how we as a community feel about this recent, abrupt change. Content creators will take a toll on this update as well, a lot of content creators rely on streaming grinds for a living. Now it is impossible to stream this game because you are doing 1 run every 30 minutes - 3 hours possibly (unconfirmed) and no one will watch that. their will be a signifigant decrease in players until these changes are fixed.
EW, please take note of all of the feedback presented by people of the community and bring this game back to the great game it once was before this update.
