When i load ammo for example into the 9,3 chamber and hold Y to swap to 16ga and load shotshells, after loading i will switch back to the rifle barrel and there is now no round in the chamber but it still takes away from my ammo count. Before the most recent update i could hold all 3 rounds simultaneously (1 rifle, 2shotshells) and switch freely between them. Now instead of being a versatile weapon that covers almost everything in the game, i only get a single shot rifle, OR a double barrel shotgun.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with switching ammo types in the Grelck Drilling Rifle.
A fix for an issue where the secondary ammo type was being unloaded when switching ammo types was included in the latest update you mentioned. Could you please double-check if your game has finished downloading the patch?
