The mission No such Thing on Medved-Taiga seems to be glitched for me, ive searched the area but I cant find this broken ATV, I've quit the game and everything, not sure if this is a known issue or not. This is on Xbox

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with the mission "No Such Thing". I know it can be confusing.
The broken ATV is located in the bushes on the left side of your screen captured in your photo, next to the rocks. It can be difficult to spot from a distance but should be more visible as you get closer to the rocks.
