Yukon is one of my favorite maps but it kinda suffers in animal distribution with grizzlies and caribou awkwardly placed almost exclusively along the river so I think they should fix it

Map 1, Red (Caribou)
Map 2, Orange (Grizzly Bear)
Map 3, Green (Moose)

Backfills

Black Bear

Willow Ptarmigan

Both would probably be map wide.

The point is all of the species mentioned are not in accurate locations.

I rather them first fix the snow so the immersion is back on Yukon, but yea I agree with all and plus they should add the northern lights

#

And remodel Caribou, Wolves and Grizzlies

Bring the bears to the willows!

I've found that a good amount of bears spawn on the far left side of the map on the edge of the recovering forest. Caribou do feel not super common and I think need to be a little more spread out. I havent spent a huge amount of time in the far bottom right but I guess I just think of bears being mostly in the top left. Also i think the river is a really massive land feature so that can limit them with placing

Would be cool to have the snow last for a day or two in game. Like you can actually see it come down and stay for a whole day or two then fade. No instant melting.

Caribou definitely need to be more centralized into the Crimson Plains regions of the map. It’s their main habitat in real life, as they’re not huge fans of forests, preferring open tundras.

The Sitka black-tailed deer is outside the range of the Yukon Valley. 😩 I hope it is in the Kodiak Island map.

The Double-crested Cormorant (left) and the Pelagic Cormorant (right) are huntable species in Alaska, but they are found outside the range of the Yukon Valley.

#

Snowshoe Hare (Lepus americanus) with distinct fur. Please, add it in the map. 🙏🏻 I hope the Alaska hare (Lepus othus) is on the Arctic Canada map.

Beaver (Castor canadensis)

#

Tundra Swan (Cygnus columbianus)

#

Canada (Branta canadensis), Emperor (Anser canagicus), Greater White-fronted (Anser albifrons)

Snow and Blue goose (Anser caerulescens)

#

Brant or brent goose (Branta bernicla)

#

Sooty grouse (Dendragapus fuliginosus) is huntable, but found **outside **the range of the Yukon Valley. I hope it in the Columbia British Map.

Sharp-tailed Grouse (Tympanuchus phasianellus)
