Customization bug

I’m on Xbox and I’ve bought the Sunderpartan cosmetic pack but I have been unable to customize anything since the maps release. The game stays in the “checking installed content” screen

Have you checked that the DLCs are properly downloaded to your console and you're not accessing them online?

It’s installed properly. But the thing is I can’t customize AT ALL. I try to do it and it infinitely loads the customization screen

That's weird. Mine was bugged before the update but it's mostly working okay now. If my screen freezes, pressing B gets me out of it now. Then custom the item on another map.
Try this:

1. Check that you've actually downloaded and installed the latest update
2. If the item is freezing on the customisation loading screen, then hit B and try customising the item on another map. I sometimes had to try about 3 maps to find one that works.
