I sent a ticket and the support team as always recommends obvious PS5 troubleshooting which I had already done ,bit game still crashes randomly.
Last year with Emerald coast release I lost plus 700 hours on PlayStation due to corrupted data that affected a lot of PlayStation players, specially those with a lot of ingame hours. They again, had told me to go through the troubleshooting on PS5 and reset my PlayStation, which I stupidly did, losing all my videos captured as I got a youtube channel. Later the devs acknowledged it was their fault,if you closed the game while the saving icon was blinking your data got corrupted, and,as I had autosync to the cloud on ,had no backup and had to start a new game.
So this time around no ,I am sorry, there's nothing wrong with my PS5. Deleted the game, deleted saved data and cleared cache a d the game still crashes since Sundarpatan was released.
Please look into it. And dont ask PS5 players to provide video of the crashing because once you are out of the game you cannot record with the tools PS5 provides by default . Aswell don't tell me to feel free to use my phone to provide video proof because, excuse me,is a silly requirement for obvious reasons. 1st ..The crashes are random so I can't have my phone recording for an hour or more and 2nd,I only got 2 hands that are busy on the controller while I play.
I don't intendvo be sour but that was a silly reply from support.
I am really dissapointed that every time a big update happens I get trouble. Not my PS5 fault. Please look into it.
Thank you
