Welcome to Plateaux Français which literally translates to French Plateaus. Here in the beautiful French countryside enjoy a wide variety of game such as Red deer with their ever so pretty antlers, prancing Chamois roaming in the hills and mountains to Marmots scurrying around the ground.

Les alpes now have the pryneese Chamois otherwise known as the Izard it has also been added to the animal list as the 20th creature thanks @eternal kindle for the idea

I wanted a maritime french map to hunt all sorts of ducks because a lot of migrating ducks and goose passe by the french coast but I can't figure out a place that have migrating ducks and mountain to add lands animals.

CANARDS, OIES et RALLIDES : canard chipeau, canard colvert, foulque macroule, garrot à oeil d'or, harelde de Miquelon, macreuse brune, macreuse noire, fuligule milouin, fuligule milouinan, fuligule morillon, nette rousse, oie cendrée, oie des moissons, oie rieuse, canard pilet, poule d'eau, râle d'eau, sarcelle d'été, sarcelle d'hiver, canard siffleur et canard souchet.

LIMICOLES : Barge rousse, bécasseau maubèche, bécassine des marais, bécassine sourde, chevalier aboyeur, chevalier arlequin, chevalier combattant, chevalier gambette, courlis corlieu, courlis cendré1,huitrier pie, pluvier argenté, pluvier doré et vanneau huppé.

1 : la chasse du courlis cendré est suspendue sur l'ensemble du territoire métropolitain, excepté sur le domaine public maritime.

OISEAU DE PASSAGE : Alouette des champs, bécasse des bois, caille des blés, grive draine, grice litorne, grive mauvis, grive musicienne, merle noir, pigeon biset, pigeon colombin, pigeon ramier, tourterelle des bois et tourterelle turque.

Wellington did the same with me. but I find it more harsh because the first thing that says it is "no", but I agree with you, people criticize your idea but do not explain why it is a no and how to improve it. only 5.6 of which you have done with me and thank you very much. but it's a bit annoying because we don't know what we're doing wrong. I find the use of wolves and brown bears interesting despite their hunting ban in France. From what I see in your list it looks good. Consistent with what we can find in France even if certain selected specimens are rare, or even worse. But in any case I approve of it.

Personally no, I’m not into small game. And these species are not exotic enough nor are any of them big names

if you want something exotic, we have Reeves' montjac, which is an invasive species or Benette's wallabies

In addition, due to its geography which allows the link between north and south of Europe, France is one of the countries most affected by invasive species such as the coypu and the muskrat. I'll try another species if you want.

Bennett's (red necked) wallaby makes more sense backfilled to Te awaroa because of the numbers in New zealand is hunted a lot

Are there Californians Quails in France? I knew there were Common Quails and many species of Buttonquail, but I had no idea about California Quails (although I wouldn’t be surprised if they were introduced).
