Me and my wife love to play COTW and grinding for Great Ones. Although sometimes it gets repetitive and I think it'd be amazing if we could go into the story mode to chill and have more goals to do together. I don't think the story mode has to be changed either for it to be compatible with co-op either, as it would already be engaging for 2 people travelling throughout the beautiful maps, and following the story together.

Have you tried Hunt Club as a diversion from grinding?

Yes, but we love story games and would love to play the story lines together.
