I do not use the zeroing perk in this game, after the update I went to the range and all the rifles are shooting low at their respective zeroing distance (150m or 100m)

I have encountered the same issue, I do not have the zeroing perk as I enjoy compensating for bullet drop myself (as I would while real life hunting), but the rifles are definitely shooting low in game right now and hope that can be fixed soon.
I play on PS5...
