I have been using the lever 45-70 recently, and I noticed something, the 45-70 ejects from the side, NOT the top, you need to be able to put a normal scope on it.

Yeah that's one issue it has. It should be using scout mounts considering the rail. But also, the ammo changes that came with the new pistol doesn't effect it at all. #1217303106837151794
