I just purchased the new map today. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, check my files, restarted the desktop, uninstalled and reinstalled the dlc, i made sure everything was updated (windows, graphics card, ect) Still nothing. I can play all my other maps, but the new one, and i cant play multiplayer too. I submitted a ticket in already earlier.

Update: I am now crashing every so often on other maps. It's not a guarantee unlike loading onto the new map. Crash still isn't fixed, and I can't play the new map at all.

I had the same issue, is your computer overclocked? If so, disable overclocking.
