really bad lag

[bitter storm]

I’m on ps4 and with the new update there is so much lag I started out on the new map and then I thought it might of been just the map so I tried all my others and it’s there also I’ve restarted my console completely and even made sure my hdmi had a good connection and it’s still doing it. Help please
