When I play The Hunter COTW on Epic Games, I can't take a screenshot, I don't know where is saved, and I don't even get a mark that screenshot was taken.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with taking screenshots on Epic Games.
Please be informed that the Epic Games Launcher doesn't currently have a built-in screenshot feature and any screenshots or photos you take while in-game will not be saved in any folder.
If you'd like to take a screenshot and save it, please consider using various tools such as the Snip % Sketch tool which can be opened by pressing the Windows key+Shift+S or the Game Bar accessible by pressing Windows key+G.
