Had a similar issue a couple of weeks before. For me, running a check of the installation files through steam helped.

Ps 4 or 5. Ive noticed the ps5 crashes more on traveling to tents than ps4. You could always do a rebuild database on the ps which is like a pc defrag, but it might not make much of a difference.
