Ive seen it afew times where ur trophies disappear from the lodge but if there in the trophy manager all you have to do is leave n then come back to the lodge n they will be there.

I lost my progress too but this one wqs my fault. I didnt backup my files or enabled cloud sync before doing a factory reset on my laptop and i lost 3 g1's, 1 super rare and 100+ more trophies
