#Tracking arrows

Can the arrows penetrate water, with regards to the game's mechanics? I know bullet penetration is limited.
The 700g arrows have 90 penetration, plus even in real world physics arrows penetrate water much further than bullets, the higher calibre the bullet the less water penetration it has (I dont understand it fully either)
but if we're talking game mechanics I am not 100% sure, but it seems like they do, since ive managed to hit a few crocs while they were underwater, friend spotted them just before they entered and since I was close I shot at em, and hit, the only problem is the visibility (which is fine, but If i've already shot one and it hid, I should be able to see the tracking arrows red end)

After watching these two, arrows would def be able to penetrate further into the water, but it'd take a lot of the arrows penetration
Okay, arrows would be just slightly better off underwater than bullets, but still mostly inefective. What I was originally meaning with the Tracking arrows being visible under water is the fact that we could track the movement of the crocs and aligators in water better after weve shot them
I was just wondering about the game mechanics but all very interesting.
Sadly I don't know much about the game mechanics, but I know how it SHOULD be lol
Indeed! 😂
FYI, I did test if the dog could retrieve arrows from the water. Nope. Which is a bummer. Arrowing ducks is quite fun.
I had a collie who would retrieve rocks that I threw in the sea. Awesome dog.
