I encountered the bug on SRP when hunting. I took both the 7mm empress and regent to the gun range to test it and they both hit the 8 ring above the 10 when aiming at the center of the 10. It is consistent and hits the same spot using all 3 equip-able scopes for the guns and for both the soft point and polymer tip bullets. The guns only shoot high for the zeroing range of 150 meters, as it is on target at both 75 meters and 300 meters.

I had played for a bit without Zeroing and noticed that at default (150m) Zeroing the single shot 7mm hits dead on from 300m. It's been like this for a while, so I think this is by design so that newer players, or players without DLC, will always have at least one weapon that is accurate for them to build their cash.
