When I crash my quad, or sometimes even if it takes damage, I can´t use weapons anymore, my character just runs around with empty hands.
The only way to use weapons again is to either leave the game or go to an outpost and sleep.
#I can´t use wepons.

Are you on PC? Then press "H" on your keyboard. Not sure which button this would be on a controller.
H lets you put your weapon or other items away (or take them back out).
If you exit your quad while driving this happens automatically.
I guess it's a mechanic so you cannot just jump off a moving quad and start blasting animals like in a drive-by 😉

I have also noticed that you take no falldamage if you land on a quad.

If it doesn’t work go duke it out in hand to hand combat with the Roos. See if you have what it takes
