Fix.....the....damn....crashing.......its ridiculous that I try to play for 2 hours, and literally can't because the multiplayer doesn't work the way it should. If I can't be in a multiplayer session for more than 5 minutes, that means something is wrong. And don't try to tell me its my own Internet problems. Fix...The...Damn....Game!!!!

They say it’s because the host is who you connect to. So what I’m gathering is every single person besides me has free McDonald’s wifi for internet. Just a load of bs trying to push the game’s problems onto someone else.

Make console multiplayer work the exact same as pc, get your own servers so you can ensure multiplayer is stable, and ffs stop letting the host kick whoever they want. If they don’t want other people on their multi session, they can create a private session. If you don’t want hackers/people who run around ruining the experience for everyone else via getting too close to ppl or using atv’s to sabotage others then create something where those ppl get punished. The respectful ones should not have their experience ruined for no reason

What do you actually expect them to do when the game is 7 years old now? They probably didn't even expect the game to be this popular for so long and this is why they decided on peer to peer multiplayer. I'm sure if they could, they would've already added their own servers since Angler does it, but it's pretty clear that either there are technical limitations or they just don't have the resources.

I expect, as a paying customer, for them to put effort into fixing their game so it’s playable. Thanks for your opinions on every post I make though. Wish there was a way to mute someone so I don’t have to see their chime ins

The main issue is that it is a peer to peer setup. The company is struggling financially already and the game has been out too long to allocate any resource to dedicated servers. All you will get is the automated message saying it is peer to peer.

Imagine what they could do if they didn’t give pc discounts on literally everything. Meanwhile I’ve paid full price for the game and every single dlc in the game and I get a worse experience in return. EW in a nutshell

I'm in the same boat as you. While I haven't personally experienced any of the multi-player issues, I know people who have. I'm not defending them I'm just saying don't expect it to ever change.

I expect it to and hope it does but I know it probably won’t. Also let’s see if they give us an explanation on why they can give a 20% discount to Xbox for this map when they explicitly told us they couldn’t offer any discounts for Xbox and that’s why we didn’t get them in the past

They'll say it was Xbox's side (may be true no idea really) but that will be the line they use. I wonder if the game pass discount will stack(highly doubt it)
