Does anybody know why every time i try and load the game i get to the loading screen with the bear and coyote and then everything just freezes?? I've tried every single YouTube video trying to fix it.

Are you on pc? If so and you have a mod it could be the mods as there not supported.

If on console id say have you tried the rebuild database or uninstalling n reinstalling the game can part of the download mite be corrupted. The other option is do an alt account on console even as guest n see if it will run the map if it does then ur main account might need to start from fresh. But ur trophy in ur lodge should still be there. Not sure if that would help much tho.

Yes im on PC but i dont mod. This happened a few months ago and i couldnt fix it and then out of nowhere it started working again. Now its going back to crashing on startup

Okay. So i'll give afew ideas that might make it work and some you may have done.

Have you updated the pc gaming software as sometimes there is an update for it and wont make it work without it.

I'm guessing you did a verify the game thro steam or epic depends on where u downloaded the game for your pc.

If its on steam you could try going into big picture and launch the game that way i know its mostly if you use controller but u can still use the mouse n keyboard that might be a work around. It might also unbug it then u should be able to launch it normally.

Apart from that i'm not sure what other things i could say that could be a work around to get it working. But i hope one of the things might work.

I’m having this same problem now. I tried a bunch of the steps in that link and nothings working… I really don’t wanna start a fresh game

I had the same issue once but only when I wanted to go to my hunting loge. I fixed it by trying again and again at different times and suddenly it worked.
