Worst multiplayer I’ve ever experienced in a game. On Xbox. Try to search for a game on any map, can’t find multiplayer server. Do this for ten minutes, restart console, try again for ten minutes. If you do get into a map, 90% of the time you are kicked within 30 seconds. If you miraculously don’t get kicked right away, you disconnect from server within 5 minutes, 100% of the time. If you search for a specific map and happen to get into a server, 90% of the time it’s not on the map you searched for. All of this while not being able to view open servers like every other platform can. Been like this for the 6 years I’ve played and instead of working to improve it, EW has somehow made it worse. It’s now at an all time low. Time to put some effort into fixing console issues and multiplayer should be your top priority seeing as it’s a huge part of your game.

FYI to the OP:
Multiplayer on Xbox has been broken for a long time. It also severely affects solo play causing frequent crashes, permanently disappearing items (tripods, decoys, harvests) and messing with your game settings. I haven't been on multiplayer for the last six months and all these problems have stopped. No more missing items, crashes and my settings have been unaffected since.
