Is there a way i can get my account from xbox to transfer to pc like with it having all my skills and perks

I dont think you can. There is a way you could move a save file from one console to another with using a pc. What you did was save file into a usb stick edit the save file name thro the pc n then transfer that save file into another console if u didnt have the internet. I'm not sure if coping the save file to a usb stick then putting the save file into the pc save file of the game would work on the pc but then again that might be classed as modding so again i dont think you can but u could always try it if it dont work then just make sure you delete that save file just incase as it might error the game.

Unfortunately, theHunter: Call of the Wild doesn't support any form of cross-platform progression, and transferring your in-game progress from Xbox to PC is not possible.
