I was recently playing on Playstation 4 on the Yukon map. The game began running poorly, froze, and then crashed my whole console.
I rebooted the console and received the "Backup not found" error message (photo attached).
I searched for my saved data on my console and can see that it's still visible (other photo I've attached).
Here's what I've tried:
Restarting the console
Deleting the game (application) and re-installing the game
Logging in without internet
When I turn my internet off on my console, the "backup not found" error message pops up, I hit "Retry", then the game loads to the main menu.
When I hit "Continue" the game instantly crashes and shows me the other error screen I've attached.
I also tried going to a different reserve (Layton) and it started loading into the reserve and then crashed.
I would be devastated if I have to start over. I've been playing this game since 2018. So, I'm hoping there's some kind of miracle solution for this.
