Mid game my weapons disappear, I'm not sure what's the trigger, I can see it's cycling through them, but it only shows my bare hands.. it happened in multiplayer, and now happened in a single player game. Weapons won't show until I go to game menu and reload map.

Are your weapons holstered by chance? I've done that before and thought I lost all my guns. You can push H on pc. Or hold LB on Xbox.
