Hello. Thanks for making a wonderful game, so wonderful I wanted to get all the achievements. I am over 90% completed, and realised the cuatro colinas arc achievement is bugged - I have completed all these missions on single player earlier this year (2024) but no achievement. I know others are having the same issue, but I wanted to mention it again as it has had a sizeable impact on me and my desire to play the game. It has also been known for a while without any fix (or being listed in the most updated known issues page).
EW please fix. One solution would be to just release the achievement regardless of whether the missions are done if there really is no fix for it currently.
