When we try to join each others session it says "your connection attempt to the multiplayer has timed out" The only fix ive seen for this is open nat type which neither of us can do, this issue has been going on for the last two years which is very frustrating especially since ive spent money on dlcs only to not be able to play with friends anymore. This is not the only game with this problem, astroneer does the same thing. Im not sure why only these two games are that way.

Update: i contacted support and they pretty much just told me that its on my end and its my problem when its not, how is it on my end when its ONLY your game and astroneer thats doing it, i have no problem with literally any other game
