I noticed a while ago but didn't really think anything of it... when reloading the Miller shotgun when it's empty without the reload perk or with tiers 1 and 2 of the perk, it loads all three shells into it. But if you have Tier 3 of the reload perk, it only loads in two. I know Tier 3 is supposed to be faster, but in this case faster is not correct.

At level 3 of the Lightning Hands perk, the hunter should load the first shell into the weapon, and then load the second and third shells simultaneously, in a stack, speeding up the reloading process. Could you double-check if it works for you that way?
