I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with accessing your Emerald Coast DLC.
Please double-check if the DLC is installed in your Steam client:
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right-click theHunter: Call of the Wild and select Properties.
- Go to the DLC tab.
- Find Emerald Coast and check the box next to it to ensure it's enabled.

I'm sorry for the confusion then - I assumed you were playing on Steam as you have the Steam role selected on the server. In that case, please submit a ticket using the link above and attach a screenshot of the error message and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem with the DLC.
