The .270 Stradivarius should've appeared in your storage locker automatically when you started playing the game for the first time.
If it's not there, please take a screenshot demonstrating the weapon's appearance in the in-game store and send it to us by attaching it to your ticket submitted through this portal and we will investigate the situation further: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you for the screenshots. Our team has been notified about an issue where the rifle is not properly granted for free under certain circumstances on Xbox and it is under investigation.
Unfortunately, for the time being, there are no workarounds we can suggest to attempt to make the weapon appear with no cost other than deleting your saved data and starting a completely new save.
