the game is blocking me from getting the briefcase ive tried shooting at it shooting around it taking pictures of it ramming the tree with an 4 wheeler but the briefcase wont budge. ive done the mission on a different save so I know how its supposed to work but for some reason its bugged.

If you are playing on a relatively new save, we recommend starting a new game to see if the mission can be completed properly.
