Random Weapon Showing In Weapon Wheel

A pistol keeps appearing in my weapon wheel when I press an empty hotkey. It is always the same weapon and doesn't appear in my weapon wheel. Picture will be provided.

Assuming it is not in your loadout (and it looks like it isn't), try putting in it. Save the loadout, then take it out again, and re-save.
