#Lost game progress

I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your progress.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify player save data from our end to restore or write in new progress, but I recommend checking if perhaps you have any old copies of your Avalanche Studios folder from Documents stored somewhere on your system. I believe OneDrive can also act as a backup tool for the Documents directory if it got configured this way, so you may want to also check if it stores any of your old data.
If you do find any of your old save files, you can transfer them manually to your current gamesave folder to restore your character. For Epic, they are located here - C:\Users\%user%\Documents\Avalanche Studios\Epic Games Store\COTW\Saves\%EPICID%\
