I just got a new PC and when I opened COTW I saw that I was only level 7, had no cash, hadn't explored any maps, and didn't have my trophy lodges. I play on steam and I was wondering if there is a way to recover my save (I have spent hundreds of hours on that save and I really don't want to lose it).

We're sorry to hear that your progress did not properly transfer across to your machine.
If you do not have access to your old system drive to manually move the save data, I suggest checking the thread below to see if the workaround with downloading old save files off Steam Cloud can restore some of your progress:
