I can’t change between ammo types and sights in the weapon wheel, but can in the pause menu. I am on a single player map and this has been going on since the last update.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced trouble with equipping scopes and ammunition using the item wheel.
Please try solving this problem by following these steps:
- Remove all items from your inventory.
- Exit the game completely.
- Launch the game again.
- Add your items back into the item wheel.
- Check to see if the scopes and ammo can be equipped.

I just started experiencing this after the newest update. Didn't have this issue before then, but it's popping up now. I'm on PlayStation.
