can somebody help me with my account

I was just in my map with my friends hunting on the New Zealand map and then once I was about to get off and then all of a sudden the backup not found title showed up on my screen and it keeps saying retry and delete saved data and this happened to me before three different times and I was wondering how I could prevent it and maybe not reset my account
