#Blue tent not shown on customization screen

I've been slowly going through and customizing various things in my game. Recently, I've changed the appearance of the purple tent and red tent with no issues. But now doing the same for the blue tent, when I go into the customize screen it only shows the storage bag and not the tent. It's really hard to gauge if the skins selected will look right on the full tent when you can only see the effective change on the bag. Can you please look into this and fix it it's and error not limited to me.

Also, can any customizations we attach to items be reflected on the store images? Specifically the tents since the change affects them all, including new purchases. It'd just make buying them easier to decide if you're not trying to remember what skin you applied to what tent when buying new ones.

(Side note: tent changes won't affect previously purchased tents that are already on the maps until they are picked up and replaced.)

That is by design. It's so you can use the same basic tent but customize it over and over again, provided you don't pick up the older ones.

The bag being shown instead of the tent in the customization screen is a bug our team is aware of, and a solution is being worked on. I hope you can continue to customize your tents to your liking in the meantime despite this inconvenience.

Regarding the applied cosmetics being reflected in the store menu, it's a very interesting idea and I agree that this would make it easier to choose the correct tent you intend to use. I shared your suggestion with the rest of the team for consideration.

I can also confirm that placed tents not updating their visuals after customizing a tent in the cache is indeed by design.
