Multiplayer connects weird

So basically I go to Multiplayer, click on a map and 3 out of 4 times it says the session is full even though it's just one person. when I get in, there's a good chance the time is completely different than in the menu. Help?

That happens to me too, everytime i try to enter to rancho del arroyo i spawn in medved taiga idk why
