Mink are one of the native species basically almost anywhere in America, you could add them as a back fill to Mississippi, NEM, SRP, And maybe even Yukon! They would be a class 2.

Mink as a Class 2 Species does not make too much sense, European Rabbits are bigger then mink so making them class 1 makes more sense

Don’t forget, with Class 2, you have to hit a vital. As MooseDragon247 already wrote, Class 1 is more logical.
