I have been experiencing this bug since the release of the E-caller. When I travel to an outpost, I stop hearing footsteps among other noises the character makes. There is also always an extra noise bar when this happens. This happens often, especially in the upper middle outpost in EC and the lower left one in NEM. Traveling to another outpost fixes the problem, but as soon as I travel back, same bug reappears. Existing the reserve doesn't fix it.
