Survival hunting pack

This hunting pack introduces 2 lighweight single shot rifles perfect for using in your inventory when carrying around tents, blinds, tripods etc. alongside a special new scope fitted for these two rifles only.
the rifles are:
.270 single shot rifle, classes 4-8
.410/.45 single shot rifle, class 1 or 2-5

Both rifles have default zeroing of 75, 150 and 300 metres apart from the second rifle when using .410 birdshot, in which case its 25, 50 and 75 metres.
Both rifles weigh only 2 units each.

the scope:
1-6x multi function scope with 3 modes:
normal vision
night vision
thermal vision

I think it would be a little OP to have a class 9 rifle with only 2 units of weight, basically like taking the .338 rangemaster and reducing the weight by 3 + getting a special scope

the reason I chose .270 is because it's underused and at the same time the other alternative is a 4 round bolt action, the reason I chose the .410/.45 is because it is basically like the revolver except the .45 round has more range but it is still heaviee than the revolver

There’s also the fact that overpowered shouldn’t really matter/doesn’t exist at all. This isn’t a game where you are versing anyone like a BR, PvP just you (and maybe your friends) on a reserve, especially with the handicaps, we aren’t even taking a potential ammo cost into consideration, seeing as .338 is 1k already I can see .375 being upwards of 3-6k per 10 rounds (which is more than enough imo).

seems fair but the recoil should be shoulder destroying then, because its a big round from a lightweight rifle, it would balance it a bit more

I sorta intended it to be like 4.5 units, its still heavy but more useful than the .470.

I was thinking 1800-2k, middle ground between .338 (which sucks at what it does) and .470 (which is too specialized)

just to add on that devs do take into account overpowerness, the best example is the m1 garand having its ammo capacity dropped from 8 to 5

Question: How did you arrive at the decision for a 1-6X power for your suggested optic for the Survival hunting pack? I’m just curious.

well having it go up to 8 is basically a better hyperion in every aspect, and going up to 4 would make the pack not that god because it's not enough for long range, so 6 seems fine
