If you hear the ice creak when you walk on it, or hear the sound of water underneath then don't walk there xD
It's fragile ice and accidents happen, I think it's not a bug, at least it's been that way since the map was released in 2018.

It's an old problem that occurs all over the medved map. I know of at least 6 locations. Not all listed.
