I'm sorry to hear your zones on Te Awaroa were changed without your input.
While we hope it doesn't happen, if you encounter this problem again, please try to capture the issue on a video and send it to us in a ticket submitted through this portal: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
We will then be able to investigate further. You can use your console's feature of recording recent gameplay to record the video. So there is no way I can get my zones back?
There are no in-game systems that revert reserves to their previous state, and we cannot access or modify your saved data to restore the need zones, therefore, if you find the previous zones truly disappeared, then it is not possible to get them back.
However, to proceed with an investigation of what exactly happened and what could be done to prevent this from happening or resolve the situation, we would need video evidence.
