It worked fine till yesterday. Today I tried to open it to check if new doc is here but it shows something went wrong and dlc may not be available. My account is linked to epic and apex. I am worried my dlcs may get deleted. Please help

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with the DLC Store.
Please make sure you downloaded the latest update and try closing the game and launching it again, as well as disconnecting your PC from the internet and connecting it back again.
Please note that the in-game DLC Store only acts as a way to redirect you to the DLCs' product pages in the Epic Games Store. Issues with the DLC Store will not delete any of your DLCs, as the DLC licenses are tied to your Epic Games account.
If you continue to experience the problem, try to capture it on a video or screenshots and send the files to us by attaching them to your request submitted through this portal: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
We will then gladly investigate further.

Same for me. The multiplayer and the dlc store tabs are lets say blackened out or more translucent and i cant open them, every gun that i have a skin on has randomized skins now, and also the tab where you see your perk/skill points, your money, level and xp is back to ehat it was like a few years ago. The perk and skill points are in the top middle of the screen and the xp and money are on the top right of the screen (hopefully you know what i mean) The new update has so many bugs all of a sudden
