Right now in the game when an animal is shot, it kind of flinches and takes off, bu in the real world animals react a lot differently. Some animals, like elk, act like nothing happened, while others such as whitetail and blackbuck, jump when they are shot, then take off, and sometimes they just run a little ways, then curl up and die. Also, when the anilas die in game, they stand still and kind of flop over, which is weird and unrealistic. I would look more realistic if they fell or collapses, then had those muscle spasms. Finally,you need to rework the blood. If you could add little blood dribbles between each blood splatter that you can't investigat, they would be awsome. Also, if you changed how the blood looks depending on where you hit the animal, like slightly greene for a stomach, liver, or intestine shot, bubbly for a long shot, and bright red for a heart shot, it could help give some idea of where you hit the animal.
#More realistic animal reactions and blood

@lilac onyx good idea
really good idea
Thanks!
Yeah good Idea. Personally I don’t care about realism but the hit animations needs some work
I really want the game to be as realistic as it can be so this is just an idea to make it feal real
it would be good to have some variation between animal reactions
When I shot My Oryx, it just laid down.When I shot My elk, it fell right over, and when I shot my trophy buck it took off. In game, they just run every time and thats not how it works. Every animal reacts differently. Obviosly, they can't have a diffrent reaction every time, but slight variation looks more natural.
grate LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They need to rework ducks geese physics and feeding animations on all animals@lilac onyx
