Vasquez Cyclone buff

I think this underrated rifle is in desperate need of a buff, there’s two major changes I’d like to see done

1. Penetration.
   I’m not talking double lung a wild boar or flatline Bighorns from 400 meters its an Air rifle, just a light penetration buff to 2-4’s
2. Class 1. Pretty self explanatory but I think would make for a top tier weapon on Small game centered maps (Such as Mississippi, which needs its own changes cough cough bobcats, ducks, more raccoon trash can zones, etc), The rabbits on Te would be 100x as fun.

I haven't had a problem with it honestly, try using the soft ammo. You need to make a good shot anyways, it's kind of what makes it unique.

I’ve used both ammo types for awhile now, It just feels like it could use a bit of a tweak, for example it can easily down a pig but not a fox in my experience.
