#Scope fix

I've noticed that when you look through your scope and zoom in, the entire screen zooms in, even outside the scope which makes no sense and I think this simple fix would make the more realistic so I don't see why this wouldn't be changed

I have gathered 2 examples so people can understand:

1st pic is unscoped
2nd pic is scoped as it is now
3rd pic is what it should look like scoped after the rework

I’ve been wanting this for a long time.

just wondering, could this maybe go to the support channel tagged with visuals of the game? if anyone could answer that would be great

No, because it is not a bug, it has always looked like this

That's how most games work. Dual rendered scope (what you're asking for) can be very taxing on hardware. At least a toggable option for dual rendered scopes would be nice tho. That way people with slower hardware don't need to take a hit on performance

Ngl I think how they made the outside zoom in to it makes it look better

The issue here is technical, specific to the Apex engine, this engine uses a Range Rendering system (Renders even what is not within the range of vision / Things never stop existing / continues to consume resources), contrary to other shooter engines that use Vision Rendering (They only render what you are seeing / everything else ceases to exist / stops consuming resources)..
Therefore I really don't think it is possible to choose how to see "only a part" (circle inside the scope) of something that is in front.
The only possible option that occurs to me is to blur the vision of what is out of sight to the extreme.
Are you satisfied with this solution?

Dude you see something that you don't agree with and you just say 🤓🤓🤓 with out fail. Look at any tactical shooter with this feature and the only downside is performance and the fact that the outside of the scope is unzoomed. The upsides are realism immersion and just the fact that it is cool

Oops you deleted you message😂😂

Yeah, this would improve the game… by a lot, especially in dangerous situations.

I highly doubt this will be ever added due to technical limitations

Blurring or blacking out the edges would be just fine imo
